Remote Chat Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Kindred Healthcare in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and innovation skills, as well as the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize troubleshooting skills to help customers navigate our online platform and services - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience and promote customer loyalty - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for process improvement - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Proficiency with chat support software and online platforms - High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications a plus
