Job Description:
Comcast is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat communication with our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers 3. Guide customers through the use of our products and services 4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response time 7. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures 8. Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions with customers
Requirements: 1. Hardworking and motivated individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service 2. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations 6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers 7. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
