Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team at St. Jude Medical in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support through chat channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be confident and resourceful, and have a desire to help others.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner through chat support - Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborating with other team members to improve processes and customer experience - Demonstrating strong negotiation skills and critical thinking in resolving customer issues

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively - Negotiation skills and critical thinking abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment - Flexibility to work a part-time schedule
