Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 1 year of experience, who is reliable, motivated, and possesses strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through chat support, answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Utilize strong communication skills to assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and order processing - Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless customer support and resolution of any issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role - Reliable and motivated individual with excellent communication skills - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively - Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent
