Job Description:
Estee Lauder is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to online shoppers through our chat platform.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through chat to provide product information, address any questions or concerns, and assist with the online shopping experience - Handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary - Maintain a positive and professional attitude while delivering excellent customer service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to best assist customers - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement - Work independently and efficiently to meet performance metrics and goals
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills - Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism - Independent and self-motivated to work from home - Presentation skills and ability to convey information clearly and concisely - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and provide support - No prior experience required, training will be provided
