Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Marsh & McLennan is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and professional chat support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Analyze chat data to identify trends and suggest improvements to processes - Meet and exceed performance metrics related to chat support - Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic planning initiatives related to chat support - Assist in project management tasks as needed

Requirements: - Passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Driven to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction - Strong strategic planning skills - Experience in project management - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools
