Remote Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our team at R.R. Donnelley & Sons in Perth, Western Australia. As a Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients remotely, providing excellent customer service, and helping to drive growth and profitability for the company. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Communicate regularly with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to clients - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities - Provide support to the Client Relations team as needed

Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Excellent problem-solving and persuasion skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment - Experience in client relations, customer service, or sales - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
