Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

US Foods Holding is seeking a part-time Client Relations Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess the personality traits of being adaptable and reliable. Additionally, strong people management and communication skills are essential soft skills for this role.

Responsibilities: - Assist the Client Relations Manager in maintaining relationships with clients and ensuring their satisfaction - Handle client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Coordinate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Assist in managing client accounts and maintaining accurate records - Provide support in client meetings and presentations - Assist in the development of client retention strategies - Monitor client feedback and provide recommendations for improvement - Participate in training and professional development opportunities as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred - 3+ years of experience in client relations or customer service - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
