Client Relations Assistant

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a passionate and hardworking Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Publix Super Markets in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client relations.

Responsibilities: - Assist in managing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction - Communicate with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings - Handle client inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client retention and growth - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist in organizing client events and promotions - Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients - Provide support to the Client Relations Manager as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Persuasive and able to influence others - Leadership abilities to drive client engagement and satisfaction - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
