Client Relations Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Relations Assistant to join our team at Monsanto. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of relevant experience, who are hardworking and independent.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication - Assist with client inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Coordinate client meetings and follow up on action items - Work closely with the Client Relations Manager to ensure client satisfaction - Maintain client records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless client service - Assist in creating client reports and presentations - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 1+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong people management skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
