Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and energetic Client Relations Associate to join our team at Western Refining in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development of client retention strategies and initiatives - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services to clients - Provide regular reports and updates on client interactions and feedback

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality with a positive attitude - Strong people management and analytical skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
