Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

PepsiCo is looking for a Client Relations Associate to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining and building relationships with clients to drive business growth and satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients - Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Track and report on client satisfaction and retention metrics - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients - Assist with the development and implementation of client relations strategies - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client relations

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Strong negotiation and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
