Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team at Peabody Energy in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Handle client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for business growth - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to the management team to improve client satisfaction and retention

Requirements: - Passionate about client relations and driven to exceed client expectations - Strong cooperation and leadership skills to effectively work with clients and internal teams - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
