Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Wisr is seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Associate to join our dynamic team in Melbourne, Victoria. As an Associate level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in client relations and a strong background in customer service. We are looking for someone who is energetic, hardworking, and has a natural ability to lead and conduct thorough research.

Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships remotely via phone, email, and video conferencing - Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions - Assist clients with account management, troubleshooting, and technical support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Drive client engagement and retention through proactive communication and follow-up - Provide insights and feedback to improve overall client satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Proven track record in client relations or customer service - Experience in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
