Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Crown Resorts is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Client Relations Associate, working remotely from Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Client Relations Associate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. 2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to address any inquiries or concerns. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requests and deliver solutions in a timely manner. 4. Keep detailed records of client interactions and update client profiles in the company database. 5. Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement in client experience. 6. Provide feedback to management on client trends and concerns to help shape future business strategies.

Requirements: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Adaptable and energetic personality traits. 5. Soft skills in adaptability and creativity. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
