Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

EOG Resources is seeking a dedicated and passionate Client Relations Associate to join our team. This is a remote, part-time position based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. The Client Relations Associate will play a crucial role in maintaining and building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients' needs and expectations are met - Provide support to the sales team in managing client accounts and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and increase customer satisfaction - Track and analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Assist in the development of marketing materials and campaigns to support client engagement - Represent EOG Resources at industry events and conferences to promote our services and strengthen client relationships

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role - Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to build relationships and work effectively with clients and internal teams - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting
