Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

HP is seeking a Client Relations Associate to join our team and work remotely from Brisbane, Queensland. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients and provide them with personalized service - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services to clients - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to clients - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase new products or services - Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records of client interactions - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to better serve clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in client relations or a similar role - Driven and hardworking with a passion for client satisfaction - Excellent presentation and project management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
