Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Client Relations Associate to join our team at Charles Schwab. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. As an Entry Level role, no prior experience is required, but having at least 1 year of relevant experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceed their expectations. - Conduct presentations and webinars to educate clients on financial products and services. - Assist clients with account management tasks, such as opening new accounts, transferring funds, and updating personal information. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services to better serve clients.

Requirements: - Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. - Strong presentation and planning skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Must have a stable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home.
