Job Description - Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:


Alcoa is seeking a Remote Client Relations Manager to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are executed successfully - Analyze client feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities - Develop strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction - Prepare reports and presentations to update internal stakeholders on client status and progress - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for client strategies - Travel to client locations as needed to conduct meetings and build relationships


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in client relations or account management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Persuasion and analysis soft skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Australian residency or work permit
