Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team at Nike in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. You will act as the main point of contact for clients and work closely with them to understand their goals and objectives, while also identifying opportunities for growth and collaboration.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback - Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are being met and exceeded - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on performance and improvements - Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term partnerships - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 7 years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Creativity and critical thinking skills to solve complex problems and drive innovative solutions - Hardworking and dedicated to meeting and exceeding client expectations
