Remote Client Relations Manager

Job Description:

As a Remote Client Relations Manager at Ross Stores, you will be responsible for managing the relationships with our clients remotely from Perth, Western Australia. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are addressed promptly. Your main goal will be to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts remotely, ensuring all their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure continued business from existing clients - Conduct regular client meetings via phone or video conferencing to review performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project outcomes - Monitor client feedback and communicate insights to relevant teams for improvement - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 7 years of experience in client relations or account management - Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation - Adaptable and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Experience in strategic planning and conducting research - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Knowledge of retail industry trends is a plus
