Job Description:
Health Net is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, confident, have strong critical thinking skills, and excel in negotiation.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services - Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, address any concerns or issues, and gather feedback - Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded - Develop strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Generating new business opportunities through client referrals and networking - Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to promote products and services to clients - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - Minimum 5 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively - Excellent negotiation skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
