Job Description:

Emerson Electric is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company. This position will be remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement client relations strategies to retain and grow our client base - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues they may have - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for new business development - Monitor client satisfaction and implement initiatives to continuously improve their experience - Prepare reports on client feedback and engagement for upper management - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities

Requirements: - Minimum of 6 years of experience in client relations or a related field - Driven and hardworking individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities - Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with clients - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
