Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Parker-Hannifin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relations Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client relations or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Managing and nurturing relationships with existing clients - Onboarding new clients and guiding them through our products and services - Addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner - Collaborating with other teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Developing strategies to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients - Analyzing client feedback and data to improve customer experience - Keeping track of key performance metrics and reporting to management


Requirements: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Passionate about building and maintaining client relationships - Resourceful problem solver - Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs - Strong negotiation skills
