Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Aetna, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Manager to work from home in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in client relations and possess a strong drive and passion for building relationships with clients.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are addressed in a timely manner - Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing excellent customer service and support - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client projects are completed successfully and on time - Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback - Analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Manage client accounts, including invoicing, contract renewals, and upselling opportunities - Attend client meetings and presentations, both virtually and in person when necessary - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to clients


Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent people management skills, with the ability to collaborate with teams across different locations - Attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
