Job Description - Client Relations Manager - Work from home

Universal Health Services is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Client Relations Manager to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time, work from home position at a Mid-to-Senior Level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in client management or a related field.


As a Client Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the duration of their engagement with our company.


Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote retention and loyalty - Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of client issues - Monitor client satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve overall client experience - Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on client feedback and trends - Work towards exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight in all client interactions


Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in client management, customer service, or a related field - Hardworking and resourceful personality traits - Strong project management and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
