Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

PayPal Holdings is currently seeking a part-time Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. - Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate the resolution of client issues and escalations. - Monitor client accounts to identify potential opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and implement improvement strategies. - Provide regular updates and reports on client interactions and account status to management.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in client relations or a similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Resourceful mindset and a drive to achieve results. - Innovative thinking and leadership skills.
