Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Client Relations Officer to join our team at Star Entertainment Group in Brisbane, Queensland. As a part-time entry-level position, the Client Relations Officer will play a crucial role in fostering relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement - Assist in the development and implementation of client retention strategies - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Prepare reports and presentations on client feedback and satisfaction levels - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve our clients - Participate in client meetings and events as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in client relations or a similar role - Confident and energetic personality - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment - High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
