Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description: Exxon Mobil is seeking a Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland, AU. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for those who are motivated and energetic with excellent adaptability and project management skills. As a Remote Client Relations Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with our clients through effective communication and proactive problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Address client concerns and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure client needs are met - Provide clients with product information, pricing, and updates on new offerings - Assist clients with account management and billing inquiries - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database - Monitor client feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance customer satisfaction - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to better serve clients - Meet or exceed established performance goals and targets

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus - Must be a motivated and energetic individual with a positive attitude - Demonstrated adaptability and project management skills
