Client Relations Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Quanta Services is currently seeking a Client Relations Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based in Brisbane, Queensland, AU, and will allow the successful candidate to work from home. This is an entry-level position, so no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for recent graduates or those looking to start a career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and engagement. - Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. - Assist in the development of client outreach strategies to increase client retention and satisfaction. - Provide regular reports on client activity and feedback to management.
