Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

ABM Industries is seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, and have excellent communication and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients - Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests - Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions - Ensure client satisfaction through timely responses and high-quality service - Collaborate with internal teams to address any client issues or concerns - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and drive business growth - Monitor client accounts and provide regular updates on key metrics - Provide feedback to management on client needs and market trends - Attend client meetings and presentations as needed

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong strategic planning abilities - Ability to work independently and take initiative - Confidence in dealing with clients and resolving issues - Knowledge of industry best practices and trends - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
