Discover Financial Services is seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role.
As a Remote Client Relations Representative, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing relationships with clients remotely through phone calls, emails, and video conferences - Providing exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved - Maintaining accurate client records and updating databases as needed - Assisting with client onboarding and training as necessary - Contributing to the development of client engagement strategies
To excel in this role, you must be dedicated and independent, with strong project management and teamwork skills. The ability to work effectively in a remote setting is essential, as well as the willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment.
