Remote Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Mattel, a global leader in the toy industry, is currently seeking a Remote Client Relations Representative to join our team based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. 2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for business growth. 4. Prepare and deliver presentations to clients to showcase our products and services. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 6. Manage client accounts and track sales performance to achieve targets. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market. 8. Report on client feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
