Job Description:
As a Client Relations Representative at Alphabet in Adelaide, South Australia, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our clients. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be motivated, resourceful, and possess excellent time management and presentation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services to clients. 5. Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up actions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client relations or customer service role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
