Client Relations Representative

Job Description:

Jarden, a leading company in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, is currently seeking a part-time Client Relations Representative to join our team. As an Associate Level position with a minimum of 4 years of experience, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing client relationships.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings. 2. Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell products or services to existing clients. 4. Prepare and present reports on client feedback and satisfaction levels to management. 5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved promptly. 6. Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote company services. 7. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients. 8. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality. 2. Excellent persuasion and leadership skills. 3. Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 8. Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
