Job Description:
Mirvac is seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Relations Representative to join our team on a part-time basis in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. As an Associate Level Client Relations Representative, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and other channels to address their inquiries and concerns - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty - Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions - Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to clients - Meet and exceed performance goals related to client satisfaction and retention
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a client-facing role - Hardworking and passionate attitude towards customer service - Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient computer skills and experience with CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
