Client Relations Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Representative at Disney, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service. This is a work-from-home position based in Sydney, New South Wales, AU. This part-time entry-level role is ideal for individuals who are motivated, resilient, have a strong sense of teamwork, and possess leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded - Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and provide solutions - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Keep up-to-date with company products, services, and policies - Meet and exceed performance targets and KPIs - Inject a sense of joy and vibrancy into the work environment, reflecting the Disney brand

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team - Motivated and resilient attitude towards customer service - Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities in a customer-facing role - Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus, but not required
