Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Nationwide is seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Sydney, New South Wales. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong leadership and people management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong organizational and time management skills
