Remote Client Relations Specialist

Job Description: United Technologies is seeking a Remote Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. The ideal candidate will be independent, adaptable, possess strong time management skills, and excel in strategic planning.

Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients remotely - Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns - Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met - Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies to improve overall experience - Keep accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred - Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time management abilities - Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
