Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Specialist at Jarden in Adelaide, South Australia, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and fostering positive relationships with our clients. This part-time, entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 2. Proactively reach out to clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled and issues are resolved promptly. 4. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients. 5. Monitor client retention rates and develop strategies to improve client loyalty. 6. Maintain accurate client records and documentation in our CRM system. 7. Assist in the organization of client events and meetings. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors to provide valuable insights to clients.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and passionate about delivering exceptional client service. 2. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex client situations. 3. Strong leadership qualities and the ability to influence positive outcomes. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
