Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

Cablevision Systems, a leading telecommunications company based in Melbourne, Victoria, AU, is seeking a Client Relations Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a resilient and resourceful personality.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining positive relationships and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have - Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues - Conduct regular client meetings and check-ins to assess their needs and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling - Provide feedback to management on client trends, preferences, and market insights - Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth - Utilize strong persuasion and communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and win their trust - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic recommendations to clients

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Previous experience in the telecommunications or technology industry is a plus
