Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team at USAA in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in client relations or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. 3. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 4. Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relations and drive business growth. 5. Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. 6. Assist with the onboarding of new clients, providing guidance and support throughout the process. 7. Attend meetings and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients.

Requirements: 1. Independent and driven personality traits. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 4. Proven experience in strategic planning. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
