Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

R.R. Donnelley & Sons, a leading global provider of integrated communications, is seeking a part-time Client Relations Specialist to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in client relations.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and support. - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and expectations are exceeded. - Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively educate and upsell clients on additional offerings. - Monitor client accounts and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. - Provide regular reports and updates to clients on their accounts and projects.

Requirements: - Resilient and energetic personality to handle challenging situations and maintain a positive attitude. - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate and influence clients. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus.
