Job Description: Molina Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Client Service Assistant to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time role is perfect for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in the healthcare industry.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide high-quality customer service to clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. 2. Assist clients with inquiries, issues, and concerns through various communication channels. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company database. 4. Collaborate with team members to address client needs and resolve problems effectively. 5. Support the Client Service team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and processing paperwork. 6. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations to provide accurate information to clients. 7. Contribute to the overall success of the Client Service department by participating in team meetings and training sessions.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients. 3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. 6. Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced work environment.
