Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

Kohl’s, a leading retailer in Adelaide, South Australia, is seeking a passionate and confident Client Service Assistant to join our team. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in person and over the phone 2. Assist clients with inquiries, orders, returns, and exchanges 3. Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless client experiences 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to solve client issues and provide solutions 6. Participate in negotiation and conflict resolution with clients when necessary

Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate attitude towards customer service 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software 6. Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus
