Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

PulteGroup is seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires at least 3 years of experience in client service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat 2. Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner 3. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination 4. Schedule appointments, follow up on leads, and maintain client databases 5. Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed client satisfaction goals 6. Manage client accounts and ensure accurate and up-to-date information is maintained 7. Handle client complaints and issues with empathy and problem-solving skills 8. Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: 1. Proven experience in client service or a similar role 2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills 3. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines 4. Hardworking and resilient attitude 5. Self-motivated and able to work independently 6. Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite 7. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively 8. Strong attention to detail and accuracy 9. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
