Job Description - Client Service Assistant

Job Description:


Avon Products is seeking a motivated and dynamic Client Service Assistant to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria. As a Client Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with product selection, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain client records and update customer information in the database - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolutions to client issues - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience - Assist in organizing and executing client events and promotions - Provide support to the sales team in achieving targets and goals - Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve processes and procedures related to client service


Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in a customer service or client-facing role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and time management skills
