Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:

O’Reilly Automotive is currently seeking a Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, energetic, possess strong project management skills, and excel in communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels such as email, phone, and live chat. 2. Assist clients with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with clients. 4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. 5. Assist in managing client accounts, including billing and invoicing processes. 6. Coordinate with other departments to address client needs and concerns effectively. 7. Support the Client Service Manager in various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. At least 2 years of experience in a client service or customer support role. 2. Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's degree preferred.
