Job Description - Client Service Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:


NextEra Energy is seeking a Client Service Assistant to work from home in Perth, Western Australia. This is a part-time position that is ideal for individuals looking to gain entry-level experience in the energy industry. As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to clients, assisting with administrative tasks, and supporting the client service team.


Responsibilities: - Responding to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner - Assisting clients with account setup, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise - Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Collaborating with the client service team to ensure client satisfaction and retention - Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments


Requirements: - Confidence and reliability in handling client interactions - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to cooperate and communicate effectively with team members - High school diploma or equivalent - Access to a computer with high-speed internet connection - Comfortable working independently from home
