Job Description:
WorleyParsons is currently seeking a Client Service Assistant to work from home in Sydney, New South Wales on a part-time basis. This is an entry-level position with no years of experience required. The ideal candidate will be independent and resilient, with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate client records and documentation - Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner - Stay up to date on company products and services to best serve clients - Other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work from home and have access to a reliable internet connection - Time management and problem-solving skills
